Pricing Information

Shipping within New Zealand: $20 + $5 per additional item
Shipping within New Zealand (Over $2000): $30 + $5 per additional item
Shipping to Australia: $100+ $5 per additional item
Shipping to Australia (Over $2000): $120 + $5 per additional item
Shipping internationally UK and Europe (depends on size, weight and value of work): $150 minimum which includes insurance

Courier Information

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and require signature. Paper-Works use New Zealand Couriers within New Zealand and International Economy Courier or International Express Courier internationally. Should you require your order to be shipped by DHL or FedEx or would like your shipment held for a later delivery date please contact us to make arrangements. Courier items cannot be delivered to PO boxes within New Zealand.

International Information

All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Whether these charges apply may vary according to the value of your purchase and the laws of your country.

Terms of Trade

Customers within New Zealand are eligible to exchange goods within 7 days of purchase. Goods will only be exchanged if the item is in pristine condition. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange goods sent outside New Zealand.
