After graduating from Dunedin School of Art in the early 90s, Nic went on to teach art for over two decades. During that time she also exhibited around New Zealand in various media, holding awards in drawing, oils, photography, sculpture and printmaking. She has worked and travelled all around the country, from the Deep South, where she was born, to the Far North, and lots of places in between. This has been the inspiration for many of her works, translating her love of Aotearoa through an adapted Japanese style woodblock technique. Now you can have your very own piece of New Zealand - your connection, your whakaapapa, happy memory or pride of place - on your wall.
